The phrase Town House has historically been used in the UK to describe the residence of a person or family living in an urban area. In Australia, Town House is the name given to medium-density residences, usually less invasive than apartments. It is also used in reference to residences and constructions designed to be a 3 to 4 story home with a fireplace and to house more than one family. This is why we've chosen to use the phrase TOWN HOUSE when referring to the unique low-density buildings integrating five independent residences, all with fireplaces, and all respecting the architecture of typical Patagonian houses. They will be built in stages on individual plots with four to six Town Houses per sector. From the area near the lake up on the hillsides to the golf course along Avenida Patagonia, all Town Houses will have sunny, north-facing views of the spectacular scenery in Frutillar Bay. Deep in a unparalleled setting, with a concept of landscaping that respects the natural environment and takes advantage of the incredible views offered by the natural amphitheater of the area, each Town House blends in seamlessly with the bay and thus attains a unique privacy between the Patagonia Virgin parks and gardens and Lake Llanquihue.
