Hamburg arrives in Frutillar
After 160 years of German settlement in Southern Chile, the highly-regarded company Engel & Völkers from Hamburg chose Frutillar as the place to be.

Patagonia Virgin is developing an unprecedented real estate project in Chilean Patagonia, specifically in the metropolitan area of Frutillar Bay. Today, Patagonia Virgin has strategically joined forces with Engel & Völkers in an agreement to promote the real estate development of this mega project in Chile, South America and Europe, exclusively. The firm is a world leader in high-standard properties, with more than 470 real estate offices throughout the world, 16 of them in Chile, and with a large presence in Latin America.

Today the formal long-term agreement was signed between Mr. Alejandro Opitz, of Engel & Völkers, and Mr. Ricardo Schmitz, of Patagonia Virgin. At the local level in the 10th region, this project will be focused on the Patagonian region and carried out in conjunction with Patagonia Virgin Properties, working as a team with Engel & Völkers in Frutillar, Puerto Varas and southern Chilean and Argentine Patagonia.
