Patagonia Virgin is pleased to announce the latest happenings in the month of August 2011.

We are already taking reservations for the first urban sites in the upper sector across from the driving range.   There are 27 exclusive sites from 1,500 m2, with incredible views of the volcanoes, lake, golf course, native forest and the green meadows surrounding it. These sites will be developed under the highest standards and will have controlled access and 24/7 surveillance. We are offering, exclusively for these 27 sites, a price incentive to clients who commit to starting construction of their house within 12 months of the

closing, which is planned for later this summer.  We have a list of renowned architects and builders that we recommend, and also key-in-hand houses and different real estate financing options.

We hired COZ Consultores, a recognized company in their field, for project management and technical inspections. They will be in charge of planning, coordinating and supervising all technical aspects of the project, from architecture, engineering and construction to subsequent technical inspection.  We have a staff of COZ resident professionals and of their central staff of engineers, builders and specialists, who work closely with out architects Alemparte, Barreda, Wedeles and Besançon.

Our Expeditions division is taking shape.  The first hiking circuit through the nature reserve is already finished, and work on a far more extensive and demanding second route is underway.  In addition to providing an incredible experience, these excursions through the ancient forests will be "interpretive," focused on learning about the flora and fauna of the area, including information sheets on all the birds and species observed on the trip.
