The project includes several housing site areas in the upper zone, around the golf course. These sites, measuring from 1,500 m2 to more than 3,000 m2, with direct access from the road connecting Lower Frutillar with Quebrada Honda, will be fully urbanized with first-class infrastructure. The main access roads, currently under construction, will measure 7 meters wide for vehicles, with added space for sidewalks, bike paths, lookouts and rest areas, making a total width of 12 meters. The entire development will have underground cables and tasteful lighting. The landscaping, designed by Juan Grimm, will play a key role in the atmosphere of the sites, the roads and their interaction with the majestic 18-hole golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. The houses built in the residence sector will be low-rise and will comply with the strict regulatory plan and master plan of the city of Frutillar, as well as with the architecture and construction regulations endorsed by the Patagonia Virgin Real Estate architect committee, thus respecting the quality standards and styles of the project. We are opening the first reservation stage in the driving range and putting green area, which has extraordinary views of the golf course, volcanoes, lake and the Patagonia Virgin parks and gardens. For those who purchase a Patagonia Virgin site, there will be strict building regulations that will define the architectural styles and the minimum and maximum allowed surface areas, among other considerations, in order to maintain balance among the various homes, these new buildings and the rest of the buildings in the project, all of which will respect the prevailing style of Frutillar and the region.
